September 2017.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n After the successful organisation of five Councils so far with more than 500 participants<\/strong> and 200 published papers <\/strong>and having in mind adopted laws on energy efficiency in FBiH and RS, more than ever, there is a need for expert exchange of information in the field of energy efficiency (EE) and renewable energy sources (RES).
