Energy Audits and Energy Certification

An energy audit is an inspection, survey and analysis of energy flows for energy conservation in a building, process or system to reduce the amount of energy input into the system without negatively affecting the output(s).

Energy certification is a set of actions and procedures which include: energy audit, evaluation of actions provided by energy audit and issuing energy certificate with recommendations for the cost-effective improvement of the energy performance of the building. Energy certificate issued by an authorized company.
