District heating system with co-generation on biomass in Sokolac

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is implementing the „Regional Energy efficiency Programme (REEP)”, funded from the Western Balkans Investment Framework (WBIF). The project in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the area of technical assistance is implemented by EBRD and led by the consortium CMS/GMC/CETEOR.
In this programme of activities, the selected consortium developed the Feasibility Study and prepared the call for bids to be announced by the Sokolac Municipality. Following the finalization of the tender procedure, the objective is to conclude the contract on public-private partnership (PPP) for the heat supply to the Sokolac district heating system.
In addition to the Feasibility Study, the draft PPP contract and tender documents package have been prepared as well as the official approval of the RS Government obtained for the implementation of the PPP model, which ensures all preconditions to announce the call for bids, i.e. tender launch.
The purpose of the workshop prior to tender launch is to present the project to all stakeholders, i.e. potential private partners in order to familiarize them with the project and its conditions before the announcement of the call for bids for the project implementation and PPP tender procedure.

Sistem daljinskog grijanja sa kogeneracijom na biomasu u Sokocu

Evropska banka za obnovu i razvoj (EBRD) provodi Projekat “Regionalni program energijske efikasnosti (REEP)”, koji se finansira iz Investicionog okvira za Zapadni Balkan (WBIF-Western Balkans Investment Framework). EBRD u segmentu tehničke saradnje kroz angažman konzorcija CMS/GMC/CETEOR, implementira Projekat u Bosni i Hercegovini.
Projekat uključuje instalaciju i održavanje kogeneracionog postrojenja na biomasu, proširenje, obnovu i održavanje sistema daljinskog grijanja kako bi se obezbjedio održiv sistem daljinskog grijanja na bazi lokalne biomase na području opštine Sokolac, a bio bi realiziran po principu JPP.
Pored Studije izvodljivosti, do sada je pripremljen i nacrt Ugovora o JPP, set tenderske dokumentacije, te pribavljena zvanična saglasnost Vlade Republike Srpske na Projekat za realizaciju po modelu JPP, čime su stečeni svi preduslovi za objavu javnog poziva odnosno pokretanje tenderskog postupka.
Cilj ove prezentacije je javno predstaviti Projekat svim zainteresovanim licima tj. potencijalnim privatnim partnerima, kako bi se prije objave javnog poziva za realiziranje projekta i provođenja tenderske procedure JPP bliže upoznali se samim projektom kao i osnovnim uslovima istog.
