CETEOR took part in the international ADDUPT conference “Green Skills for VET Excellence” held on November 28, 2025 in Malaga, where partners from across Europe presented key results aimed at strengthening green and digital competences in vocational education (VET).
Throughout the day, partners showcased the main project outputs, including:
- an operational framework with green sector analysis and labour market needs,
- a handbook connecting VET systems with the green business sector,
- a virtual learning environment,
- VET action plans and virtual exchanges.
During the event, the CETEOR team presented the BuildSkills Academy (BSA) project, its methodology enriching construction-sector training by integrating essential green, digital, and transversal skills, and the BSA online platform designed to enhance and modernize training courses in the construction and green energy sectors. Their presentation highlighted how BSA supports skill development through practical, accessible and industry-aligned learning tools.
As a partner of the BuildSkills Academy, CETEOR used this opportunity to share experiences, build new connections, and align its work on sustainable and digital skills development with broader European initiatives.
