Invitation to the National BuildSkills Academy Event in Sarajevo
CETEOR is pleased to invite representatives from educational institutions, industry, and other stakeholders in the construction sector to the national BuildSkills Academy event, taking place on 4 November 2025 at the Chamber of Commerce of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo, starting at 09:30.
BuildSkills Academy is a European initiative dedicated to developing skills and competencies in the construction sector, with a particular focus on the green and digital transition. The event brings together representatives from institutions, educational institutions, and industry from Bosnia and Herzegovina and the European Union, providing an opportunity to exchange knowledge, experiences, and best practices. A special guest of the event will be the European Training Foundation (ETF), which will present European initiatives and good practices in skills development.
During the event, the BuildEnrichedSkills methodology for course enhancement will be presented, along with pilot courses developed in Bosnia and Herzegovina, including Energy Management in Buildings and Circular Waste Management in Construction. Plans to strengthen cooperation between education and industry will also be discussed, aiming to create a competent and adaptable workforce aligned with market needs.
The event will run from 09:30 to 13:30, and participants are kindly requested to confirm attendance by 20 October 2025 via e-mail at: asuvak@ceteor.ba. The event will be available in both Bosnian and English.
